Our story

History of Summit

Summit Consulting Partners was founded in 2018 in Dubai by a team that saw a gap in the Gulf market: global consulting that did not fit local reality, and software that no one used. We set out to build a group that pairs local depth with global rigour, and turns insight into execution.

In support of our mission to bring clarity and capability to Gulf organisations, we have built two platforms: Lume for data and insights, and Anthropos-hr for human capital — alongside advisory work across strategy, operations and transformation.

Today, Summit has over 40 consultants and experts across six GCC countries, serving founders, family businesses, government entities and listed companies.
